Beyond the cash prize, winning manuscripts will be officially considered for publication by our esteemed partner, Mkuki na Nyota, helping to bring your words to readers globally.
An exclusive award ceremony is held annually with the four prize-winning writers in attendance. Following previous ceremonies in Kenya and Tanzania, the 2025 Awards Ceremony will proudly be hosted in Tanzania.
